Yunli Lou

Yunli Lou is the founder and managing partner of Milestone Capital Partners, a China-based private equity firm. For over 20 years, she has led investments and supported leading entrepreneurs in China’s consumer, solar energy, health care and electric vehicle sectors. She is a founding member of Harvard University’s Global Advisory Council; a Global Board Member of the World Resources Institute, a Washington, D.C.-based NGO; and a member of the Business Leadership Council of Social Finance, based in Boston. She served on Milton Academy’s board of trustees from 2012 to 2024 and also served for 10 years on the Teach for China board of directors. Born and raised in Beijing, Lou received her undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard College. Yunli was a participant in the CEIBS CEO program and the China CEO Renewal program at the Harvard Business School.
