Peter Cowhey

Peter Cowhey is dean emeritus and Qualcomm Professor of Technology Policy Emeritus at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy. He has served in international economic policy positions in the Obama and Clinton administrations, with a special emphasis on digital technology. He is the board chair of California’s Council on Science and Technology.
