Peixin Dallara

Peixin Li Dallara has been the CEO of Polaris Investments LLC since founding it in 2004. Before founding Polaris, she worked at Frank Russell Company, one of the world’s premier pension fund consulting firms, as senior client executive, senior portfolio manager and senior member of the investment committee of the firm’s private equity business. She started her career there in the mergers and acquisitions business and became a key player in establishing one of the world’s largest Asian infrastructure funds. Prior to her career in the U.S., she was a career diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ treaty and law department in Beijing, where she worked on the initial preparation for the return of Hong Kong; she also worked on the negotiations of the World Bank’s loans for the country’s agriculture and infrastructure developments. She is a board member of the Harry Dallara Memorial Foundation, a founding member of the National Women’s History Museum’s 1920 Society and a founding member of the Washington State Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
