Juhi Rai

Juhi Rai is first secretary of congressional affairs at the Indian Embassy to the United States. She is a career diplomat, having served nine years in the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, where she has worked on India’s relationship with Mexico, Bangladesh and the U.S. She covers think tanks and congressional affairs in Washington, with a particular focus on the U.S. Senate.
