James Kralik

James Kralik is the managing director of Linden Street Capital Ltd. and CEO of Milestone Capital Strategic Holdings Ltd. Based in Shanghai since 2000, he has lived and worked in China for more than 30 years. Kralik began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked in both North America and Asia. Subsequently, he founded and co-managed a group of media companies operating in Hong Kong and China. From 2001-2004, Jim was the CEO of VTech Telecommunications Ltd. In addition to various corporate boards, Jim serves on the board of trustees of the University School in Cleveland, Ohio; the Harvard University Global Advisory Council; and the Harvard Business School Global Leader’s Circle. He serves as chair of UC San Diego’s 21st Century China Center Leadership Board, is on the board of trustees of the UC San Diego Foundation, and is on the executive committee and board of directors of the Chief Executives Organization. Jim received his undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
