Amy Celico

Amy Celico is a partner of Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG) — part of DGA Group, a global advisory firm — leading itsChina practice in Washington, D.C. She advises clients on business and policy interests in China, as well as how to navigate geopolitical, regulatory and reputational developments that impact global business and investment decisions. Previously, Celico served as senior director for China affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and held roles at the U.S. departments of Commerce and State, including as a diplomat in Beijing and Shanghai and an intelligence analyst in Washington, D.C. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and is a senior associate (nonresident) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She earned a bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Asian studies from Mount Holyoke College, and a master’s in international economics and strategic studies at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
